- Reduce the amount of soy

Ingredients
- 2T sesame oil
- 6 chicken thighs or equivalent
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 50g runny honey
- 50ml light soy sauce
- 1T rice wine vinegar
- 100mL water
- 1T sesame seeds
- 4 spring onions, shredded
Method
- Fry chicken on medium for 7 minutes
- Add garlic and ginger, fry 1 minute
- Add honey, soy, vinegar, and water - bring to the boil
- Cook for 2-5 minutes until thickened
- Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds
