Ingredients
  • 2T sesame oil
  • 6 chicken thighs or equivalent
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 50g runny honey
  • 50ml light soy sauce
  • 1T rice wine vinegar
  • 100mL water
  • 1T sesame seeds
  • 4 spring onions, shredded
Method
  1. Fry chicken on medium for 7 minutes
  2. Add garlic and ginger, fry 1 minute
  3. Add honey, soy, vinegar, and water - bring to the boil
  4. Cook for 2-5 minutes until thickened
  5. Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds
