Roast Capsicum Sauce v1.2

• Add to chicken or pasta for 4

• 3 capsicums, chopped
• 2 red onions, chopped
• 0.5t dried thyme
• 500g passata

1. Toss capsicum and onions in oil and thyme
2. Roast for 30 mins until soft and caramelised
3. Cool, blend, add passata.
