- Need thinner beef - maybe it can be cut when frozen (?)
- Measure pear in grams (too much last time)
Ingredients
- 700g boneless rib eye steak
- 1 pear, peeled grated
- 50mL soy sauce
- 2T brown sugar
- 2T sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2T vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1t sesame seeds
Method
- Slice beef into tiny slices. 0.5cm.
- Combine pear, soy, sugar, oil, garlic, ginger and gochujang into a zip loc bag
- Marinate for 2 hours or more
- Fry beef over medium high heat, keep to one layer. 2-3 minutes ish.
