Ginger biscuits v1.3

Ingredients
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 1t bicarbonate of soda
  • 2t ground ginger
  • 40g caster sugar
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2T golden syrup
Method
  1. Sieve flour, bicarb, ginger and combine with sugar
  2. Add butter and mix until combined
  3. Roll into 16 balls then flatten (allow for spread)
  4. Bake at 190C (fan 170C) for 12-14 minutes until golden and cracked
