Ginger biscuits v1.3
Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
- 1t bicarbonate of soda
- 2t ground ginger
- 40g caster sugar
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
- 2T golden syrup
Method
- Sieve flour, bicarb, ginger and combine with sugar
- Add butter and mix until combined
- Roll into 16 balls then flatten (allow for spread)
- Bake at 190C (fan 170C) for 12-14 minutes until golden and cracked
