  • 110g golden caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1t vanilla extract
  • 110g self-raising flour
  • 1-2 T milk

Buttercream

  • 125g butter, softened
  • 185g icing sugar
Method
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Incorporate eggs
  3. FOld in flour
