Fudgy brownies v1.6
Ingredients
- 275g dark chocolate
- 85g milk chocolate - chunks
- 85g white chocolate - chunks
- 275g unsalted butter
- 85g pecans or walnuts, broken into pieces
- 175g plain flour
- 1t baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1t vanilla extract
- 325g caster sugar
Equipment
30 x 20cm baking tin
Method
- Melt dark chocolate and butter
- Combine with sugar
- Once cool, add eggs and vanilla
- Fold in sifted flour and baking powder, nuts, and chocolate
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170C
