Fudgy brownies v1.6

Ingredients
  • 275g dark chocolate
  • 85g milk chocolate - chunks
  • 85g white chocolate - chunks
  • 275g unsalted butter
  • 85g pecans or walnuts, broken into pieces
  • 175g plain flour
  • 1t baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1t vanilla extract
  • 325g caster sugar

30 x 20cm baking tin

Method
  1. Melt dark chocolate and butter
  2. Combine with sugar
  3. Once cool, add eggs and vanilla
  4. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder, nuts, and chocolate
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170C
