Plain white bread v1.0

Ingredients
  • 500g bread flour
  • 2 t salt
  • 7g sachet fast-action yeast
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 300ml water
Method
  1. Bloom the yeast if necessary
  2. Combine flour, salt and yeast in mixer
  3. Knead until springy
  4. Add in olive oil
  5. Knead for 10 minutes or until windowed
  6. Prove until doubled
  7. Shape into desired loaf/loaves
  8. Prove until doubled
  9. Bake at 220 C for 25-30 minutes or smaller for little loaves.
