Plain white bread v1.0
Ingredients
- 500g bread flour
- 2 t salt
- 7g sachet fast-action yeast
- 3 T olive oil
- 300ml water
Method
- Bloom the yeast if necessary
- Combine flour, salt and yeast in mixer
- Knead until springy
- Add in olive oil
- Knead for 10 minutes or until windowed
- Prove until doubled
- Shape into desired loaf/loaves
- Prove until doubled
- Bake at 220 C for 25-30 minutes or smaller for little loaves.
