ANZAC biscuits v1.3
Ingredients
- 85g porridge oat
- 85g desiccated coconut
- 100g plain flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g butter
- 1T golden syrup
- 1t bicarbonate of soda
- 2T boiling water
Method
- Combine dry incredients
- Melt butter (can brown if desired)
- Add bicarb of soda to boiling water and combine with golden syrup and butter
- Combine wet into dry with well
- Bake, 8-10 mins at 180C (fan 160C) for dessert spoonful size - will require space for spreading
