ANZAC biscuits v1.3

Ingredients
  • 85g porridge oat
  • 85g desiccated coconut
  • 100g plain flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1T golden syrup
  • 1t bicarbonate of soda
  • 2T boiling water
Method
  1. Combine dry incredients
  2. Melt butter (can brown if desired)
  3. Add bicarb of soda to boiling water and combine with golden syrup and butter
  4. Combine wet into dry with well
  5. Bake, 8-10 mins at 180C (fan 160C) for dessert spoonful size - will require space for spreading
